We offer numerous opportunities for Jewish giving in our community from making a gift for immediate impact to legacy giving to create a lasting personal legacy through our endowment.

We provide targeted opportunities and services to donors and prospective supporters to promote philanthropic investment in our community through our Center for Jewish Philanthropy.

The Jewish Community Campaign

Our annual Community Campaign raises critical support for Jews in need locally and around the world. Of the funds raised, 65% are allocated to local partner organizations and the balance is given to national and overseas programs aiding our extended Jewish family. These funds feed the hungry, care for the sick and aged, build Jewish identity, promote arts and culture, educate and advocate—all to ensure a vibrant, connected Jewish community locally, in Israel and worldwide.

Seattle Jewish Community Endowment Fund: Legacy Giving

The Jewish Federation makes it easy to leave a legacy. When you leave an endowed gift to the Jewish community, you help ensure a vibrant Jewish future. The fund is the central source for long-term philanthropy, endowment and planned giving in our local Jewish community.

What is our Center for Jewish Philanthropy?

The Center for Jewish Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle plays a key role in engaging members of the community and promoting philanthropic investment opportunities. Our goal is to create a model for a vibrant and innovative Jewish community.  

We aim to help match philanthropic interests to Jewish community needs, enabling individuals and organizations to plan both short-term and long-term philanthropic investments, and fostering innovation in strengthening Jewish life in Puget Sound and beyond.
