Support Holocaust Museum Shooting Victim

The Jewish Federation has joined the effort to raise funds for the family of Officer Stephen Johns, who was killed last week at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Please make a donation to his family.

In reaction to the shooting at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC:

"We are deeply saddened by the shooting at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum that killed security guard Stephen Johns. Our hearts go out to his family and the museum community. This kind of violence and anti-Semitism sadly hits too close to home for our Seattle Jewish community." In 2006, a gunman killed one woman and wounded five others in a shooting at the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.
