Last night’s occupation and vandalism of the Interdisciplinary Engineering Building at the University of Washington campus was appalling but, sadly, not shocking after the last year and a half on so many university campuses.
After careful deliberation, the Federation’s JCRC voted to sign a national statement addressing the relationship between Jewish safety and democracy.
We are proud to share that our two lead priorities—funding for Nonprofit Security Grants and Holocaust and Genocide Awareness Education—were funded in the final budget!
