The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle is honored to announce the establishment of the Francine R. Loeb Leadership Institute—an extraordinary investment in our flagship leadership development program, the Courageous Leadership Institute. The Francine R. Loeb Leadership Institute will cultivate and equip future leaders who will serve Jewish organizations across Washington State. This Institute celebrates the legacy of Frankie Loeb, a beloved leader in Puget Sound and the Federation’s first female Board Chair. Frankie’s impact is woven into the fabric of our community, from her leadership in resettling Jewish refugees through Operation Exodus to her vision in hosting the 1996 Jewish Federations of North America General Assembly in Seattle. The Loeb family’s gift ensures that Frankie’s spirit of courageous leadership will live on, inspiring new generations to carry our community forward with strength, resilience, and purpose.
