Everyone is welcome—high school & college students, young professionals, retirees! Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or a chaperone.

• Pre-Lobby Day Workshop and Training – Learn the issues, meet your Lobby Day cohort, and practice how to tell your story for maximum impact 
• Arrive in Olympia by 8:30am (either by bus or personal transport) 
• Light continental breakfast and lunch provided
• Hear from leaders in Olympia, finalize the Lobby Day “asks” and strategize with your district cohort
• Advocacy meetings up at the Capitol Campus with legislators and their teams
• Depart the Capitol at 3:30pm back to the Puget Sound Region

• Combat Antisemitism and Hate Crimes
• Secure Funding for Holocaust and Genocide Education
• Advocating for our local Jewish institutions
• Support Immigrants and Refugees + Food Security
• Protect the Safety of Jewish Institutions

To ensure an impactful Lobby Day, we’re holding a virtual workshop for all participants on Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 5:30-6:45pm.

This will be an important opportunity to understand the ins and outs of our issues. Please plan on joining! There will be a recording available for those unable to attend. 

We will be providing bus transportation from the following areas:

• • North Seattle pick-up time: 7am
  • South Seattle pick-up time: 7:20am
  • Mercer Island pick-up time: 7am
  • Tacoma pick-up time: 8am

The cost for the bus is $25 per person.  Attendees riding the bus must arrive 15 minutes before the pick-up time.  We will share information about the specific pick-up location with registered attendees closer to the date.

If you choose to drive, there is street parking near our venue. We’ll share the exact location and more details with registrants.

We will be at two different venues: one in the morning and another in the afternoon. There will be a bus between the two when the group moves. There are elevators in all of the legislative buildings, but getting between buildings and from the bus drop-off requires some walking. If you have any questions or specific accommodations please reach out to our team or make a note on the registration form.
